Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Stock count, scanning, allocation and packing.
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
  • Handle shipment bookings with courier or freight service providers.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers as required.
  • Perform document filing, and data entry related to shipping and billing.
  • Communicate with customers, and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Provide support to the logistics and sales teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support.
  • Familiar with preparing delivery and shipping documents.
  • Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
