About the Role

Join our team and launch your career in the dynamic world of ship finance. In this role, you will support the entire vessel financing process—from initial due diligence to loan execution—while developing specialized expertise in asset-backed financing for the global shipping industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end vessel financing and corporate financing activities
• Prepare RfP documents and support term sheet negotiations
• Collect due diligence materials and review legal contracts (shipbuilding, charter, loan agreements)
• Monitor loan conditions and support credit facility management
• Prepare internal presentations for management and board approvals
• Help execute hedging strategies for interest rate and FX risk
• Research shipping industry trends and financing developments
• Support treasury activities and M&A due diligence as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in any of the following:
  • Ship finance or asset-backed lending
  • Corporate banking or loan portfolio management
  • Treasury/corporate finance (shipping, aviation, real estate, logistics)
• Ability to review and interpret legal contracts
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal
• Experience in shipping, aviation, or energy commodities
