Position: Store Manager / F&B Manager 🍰✨

ICE&TIME is a dessert shop specializing in Japanese-style shaved ice — refined, creative, and beautifully crafted.

We are now looking for a passionate, responsible, and hands‑on Store Manager to lead our Singapore outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and hospitality
• Support dessert and beverage preparation and presentation management
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and basic cost control
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle daily store issues effectively
• Communicate closely with technical mentors from China and Japan, as well as with headquarters

Requirements

• Experience in F&B, café, or dessert shop management preferred
• Passionate about food and Japanese culture
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Japanese is a plus)
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to be hands‑on in store operations
