FOH SHIFT LEADER (ALL-DAY DINING | HOTEL ENVIRONMENT)

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Front of House Shift Leader to join our all-day dining team within a dynamic hotel environment. If you’re passionate about hospitality, love creating exceptional guest experiences, and enjoy leading a team, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support FOH team members during shifts
• Ensure smooth operations throughout breakfast, lunch, or dinner service
• Deliver high-level guest service aligned with hotel standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist with training, onboarding, and day-to-day FOH responsibilities
