Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Biologics/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with upstream and/or downstream processes.
• Ability to lead and train shift teams.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute manufacturing operations with validated programs (LIMS, SAP, DeltaV, etc.).
• Complete batch documentation accurately and timely.
• Lead and troubleshoot during shifts to meet production plans.
• Act as Deputy for Manufacturing Supervisor when needed.
• Drive process improvements and safe operations.
