Job description

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Mechanical).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
• Attend to defects and customers\' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
• Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
• Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
