Job Stability and Working Conditions

Stable position within an MNC food manufacturing company offering AWS and a variable bonus. The facility is highly automated and located in Western Singapore, providing a work‑life balance culture and good welfare benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of production operators in safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery to external customers, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving sustainable plant goals.

Lead the safety culture and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment while maintaining compliance with relevant manufacturing standards and quality requirements for finished products (e.g., PPE, shoe change & hand wash, LOTO, etc.).

Effectively manage production through operational reviews, SOPs, and problem‑solving tools for continuous improvements and sustainable results.

Maintain clean and well‑functioning working areas according to GMP, complete assigned duties, and uphold good housekeeping, hygiene, and safe work practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of work experience with an equivalent technical certification (ITE/Diploma in any related field).

People management experience and expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of machines and equipment.

Willingness to work in a non‑air‑conditioned and slightly dusty environment.

Capability to work a rotating shift pattern (6 days, 8 hours per day).

Experience in the food industry, Lean Six Sigma, and SAP is preferred.
