Job summary

Bizlink Speedy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee daily sheet metal production across turret punching, laser cutting, welding, and finishing. You will plan manpower, coordinate material flow, and optimize processes to hit daily output targets.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of NCT turret punching and laser cutting, plus familiarity with welding, riveting, polishing and GD&T. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and overtime adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing with supervision or team leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of NCT turret punching and laser cutting, including programming and tooling.
• Knowledge of TIG/MIG/spot welding and auto-riveting.
• Familiar with polishing, finishing and precision flattening.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM or sheet metal programming software such as AP100, Dr.ABE.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Good communication and coordination with production and cross-functional teams.
• Able to support overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sheet metal production across NCT turret punching, laser cutting, welding/riveting, finishing.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate material flow across sequential manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Optimize turret punching and laser cutting operations, including tooling and process parameters.
• Establish standards and quality requirements for finishing operations.
• Troubleshoot production and technical issues, including distortion and misalignment.
• Ensure finished parts meet dimensional and surface quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement Engineering on DFM and manufacturability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and operators.
• Support overtime or urgent production requirements.
