The Infra/Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the deployment, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. This includes Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. The role ensures seamless collaboration, secure access, and optimal performance of M365 services while supporting hybrid environments and driving digital workplace transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Configure and maintain Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access, and MFA policies.
  • Perform daily health checks, incident resolution, and service monitoring.
  • Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
  • Support deployment and adoption of M365 apps such as Planner, Power Automate, and Copilot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides for M365 services.
  • Conduct user training and onboarding for new M365 features.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
