Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND parts.
• Applying Artificial Intelligence to develop and deploy algorithms for photolithography process development.
• Quantify benefits of innovative process and/or equipment solutions to enable early experimentation and adoption for process margin improvement.
• Prioritize within Singapore based manufacturing photolithography team on the key technology issues that need R&D breakthroughs.
• Collaborate with R&D peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization towards upcoming nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Lead and initiate ground breaking projects through patents/technical papers.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners both locally and globally.
