Job summary

A logistics consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to oversee operations, communicate with customers, and manage inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Logistics Management, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
