Job summary

Citi's 10-week Summer Analyst Program offers entry-level exposure with hands-on learning and mentorship in a dynamic APAC setting. Summer Analysts work on projects in financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research, gaining practical experience during training and real assignments.

After the program, top performers may be invited to return as full-time Analysts upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently in college, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Interest in financial services and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
• Assist with process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.

The Citi Services 10-week Summer Analyst Program gives entry-level employees hands-on experience through training sessions and real, on-the-job learning. Summer Analysts work closely with their teams, owning projects that drive meaningful impact. After an initial week of training and a placement process based on your interests and our needs, you'll be assigned to a team where you'll focus on financial analysis, business development, client engagement, and market research.

Your time here will look something like this:

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and the impact of macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth.
• Assist with process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings.

• You are a junior in college, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, lookups, basic modeling) and have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• You have an interest in financial services and a drive to learn.
