About the Role

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Provide technical expertise and support for implementations.
• Assist in translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure core modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and participate in UAT/data migration.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise systems for seamless data flow, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specializing in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Strong understanding of ITOM principles and best practices; Observability experience is a plus.
• Expertise in configuring ServiceNow objects: workflows, forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, script includes, etc.
