Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Gather requirements from business users, translate them into technical solutions on ServiceNow, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Process Development: Build, test, and deliver solutions on ServiceNow to meet business needs. Participate in testing and lifecycle management.
• Documentation & Communication: Create documentation and communicate with business users on project delivery and updates.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Technical: Deep experience with ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM). Strong knowledge of integrations, scripting, and end-to-end platform solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, best practices, and common integrations (e.g., Okta, JIRA, AWS).
• People & Management: Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects. Strong communicator, team player, and problem-solver.
