We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer who has hands‑on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) applications and be conversant with ServiceNow app engine. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive digital transformation for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize ServiceNow app engine to build and deploy custom applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Job Qualifications
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • With 3 - 5 years of hands‑on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow CSM applications.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with ServiceNow app engine.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
