Job summary

A staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to develop and customize applications within the platform. Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations, to meet business requirements.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform by performing regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices on the platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Write and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant technologies to extend and enhance the functionality of ServiceNow applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including the design, configuration, and customization of applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services. Experience with automation and integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certifications would be good to have.
