Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technician to respond to fault calls, perform basic PC and generator checks, and coordinate deployments for ongoing projects in Singapore. The role requires technicians to liaise with authorities and resolve CEPAS reader issues as part of routine checks.

Ideal candidates hold a Nitec or higher and have at least 1 year of working experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, with on-site responsibilities and field coordination duties.

• Min Nitec and above.
• Min 1 year of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding to and resolving fault calls referred by other technicians.
• Performing basic checks and troubleshooting on PC systems and power generators.
• Liaising with relevant authorities (like NCS and LTA in Singapore) regarding application and network issues for the VEP system.
• Troubleshooting CEPAS readers and conducting monthly power generator checks.
• Arranging the deployment of other technicians and managing liaison with LTA representatives regarding project faults.
