Job Title: Service Technician (ID3547)

Location: Boon lay

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5.00pm

Salary: $3300-$3600 per month

Job Description
  • Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supportive equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address technical problems and find solutions.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Service the in‑house equipment as soon as it is back in the office.
  • Upkeep of all the in‑house equipment, spare parts inventory and technical warehouse.
  • Supporting the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Direct communication with external partners & customers.
  • Daily cooperation with other sub‑departments such as Sales, Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH, etc.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support.
Requirements
  • Technical Certificate / Nitec / ITE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician for equipment.
  • Technical experience in coffee machines will be considered a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Driving license / motorbike is a must.
