Report to Workshop Supervisor and Assistant Service Manager, responsible for performance of all commercial vehicle related repairs in achieving the Departmental sales turnover objectives with fast turnaround of customer vehicles and meet quality standard.

Job Scope

• Perform commercial vehicle service, repairs and OEM installation as per repair order instructions according to manufacturer’s required procedures and quality standard
• Diagnose and trouble shoot fault on system components of the vehicle
• Record all jobs done to the vehicle on repair order
• Notify any addition fault or defect found in the repair process to Workshop Supervisor and obtain appropriate approval before proceeding with the repair
• Ensure and conduct self-quality assurance check
• Ensure customer vehicles are clean after repair
• Perform daily shop floor housekeeping

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum qualification: N-Level/ NITEC in Motor Vehicle mechanics
• Minimum 1-year experience in Commercial Vehicle Service and Repair for Diesel Engines
