Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, measurements, installations, repairs, and overhauls for marine and industrial equipment in Singapore and the region
• Service mechanical components including couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, and fluid couplings
• Travel regionally and liaise with customers and the head office in Europe
• Advise customers on service solutions aligned with standard procedures and safety guidelines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing expert support
• Plan and coordinate service projects, ensuring milestones and reviews are met
• Schedule service jobs and manage team coordination
• Prepare detailed visit and service reports
• Maintain warehouse operations

Requirements
