Responsibilities

• Perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.
• Support maintenance, service, install, retrofit, and repair.
• Coordinate & update clients on repair progress timely.
• Involve in commission, health-check, and overhaul.
• Develop new service support to existing clients.
• Travel to perform service locally & overseas.
• Provide support as and when required.
• Coordinate and support contractors.
• Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.
• Support hotwork, brazing, welding.
• Doesn't mind hands dirty and oily after end work.
• Involve in service schedule & prepare reports.
• Coordinate & update clients on repair progress timely.

Requirements

• Min ITE technical qualification.
• Minimum 1 year's experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, web design, and 2D drawing.
• Hand‑on with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong analytical mind, good problem‑solving.
• Independent and fast learner.
