About Us

We are a leading provider of advanced marine and offshore electronic systems, offering innovative solutions in navigation, communication, and integrated bridge systems. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Service Engineer / Technical Specialist who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and passionate about technology at sea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production, servicing, installation, and commissioning of marine electronic equipment.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of customer‑supplied products to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide technical documentation, including interconnection cabling diagrams, for installed or commissioned systems.
  • Work closely with customers to identify additional requirements and ensure all jobs meet the acceptance criteria specified in technical manuals and client standards.
  • Oversee equipment commissioning post‑installation, ensuring functionality and reliability. Identify, record, and report quality issues related to products and services.
  • Supervise technicians and subcontractors during installation, servicing, and commissioning activities.
  • Prepare, review, and endorse detailed service reports upon job completion.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in Computer, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals and documents in English.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Proficient in computers and electronics, with knowledge of telecommunication systems.
  • Experience in marine electronics or the offshore industry will be a distinct advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Engineer role.
