Job description

Job Responsibility

• To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule
• To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers
• Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%
• Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned
• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery
• Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services
• Maintain customers install base records
• Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
• Troubleshooting of technical issue
• Servicing and repairing
• Completion of task assigned successfully

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in related industry
• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MSOffice/CAD/Basic programming etc.)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
