Job description

Service Technical Support Engineer (Busway)

• Provide technical support for busbar systems, including installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to busbar products, components, and systems.
• Offer on-site or remote assistance to customers for the proper setup and maintenance of busbar systems.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including RCA reports, manuals, and procedures for customers.
• Ensure all busbar systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support other functional teams (Sales, Product, Projects) with technical expertise, including product recommendations and feasibility studies.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and assist with product development and improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to identify spare parts p/n and ensure timely delivery and support of spare parts.
• Provide training to service operation engineers, customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of busbar systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and technological advancements related to busbar systems.
