Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a service team, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and service workflows.
- Act as primary contact for clients, addressing service and maintenance issues.
- Plan and develop service scopes, schedules, and resource allocation, tracking milestones and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery and completion of service commitments while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, perform troubleshooting, and oversee configuration or integration tasks.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in security systems service/maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise with security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, integrated systems); experience in configuration and integration is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills with adaptability and teamwork mindset.
