The Service Sales Executive identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives sales through tailored service solutions. Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain good relations and close contact with clients, especially decision makers and stay informed of any plans for additional entrance or enhancement to existing entrances

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to propose new accessories for automated entrance

  • 3rd party entrance market penetration: Develop and adopt strategies for all 3rd party equipment with the aim of converting the equipment to the company type

  • Manage and negotiate all contracts secured and ensure terms are neutral and not unfavorable

  • Risk manages all contract terms and conditions

  • Achieving Sales targets allocated.
