Responsibilities
- Implement the overall strategy for enterprise service partners, and enable partners to support the achievement of regional enterprise business strategies and goals.
- Maintain good relationship between partners and service &deliverydepartments and executes the MPR, SD, and ITR processes.
- Gain insights into regional business requirements, and adapt and implement service partner strategies, policies, processes, tools, and platforms.
- Develop regional service partner enablement plans, work with relevant departments to implement the plans, and provide continuous enablement based on the evaluation results of partners' capabilities.
- Work with delivery and maintenance departments to develop a service consistency plan for regional partners and manage the implementation in the rep office.
- Support the achievement of regional product and professional service operating targets for partners through partner enablement.
- Develop regional service partner enablement teams and their capabilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Engineering Science Technology Degree major is required.
- At least 8 years extensive experiences in the ICT related industries.
- Possess project engineering/maintenance knowledge.
- Possess multi-country experience in service network delivery, with a proven record of developing and scaling global project management.
- Possess wireless/cloud core/DC/Software technology expansion knowledge & network technology skillset.
- Possess project management ability with strategic thinking ability, deep understanding of customer business and operations, contribute as a Program Director in various scale projects.
- Possess network maintenance ability: understand the local network, familiar with the maintenance process, understand the team ability, clear problem-solving ideas, risk identification management.
- With massive project management experiences, familiar with networks operation, maintenance, and project delivery process.
- Internal and external communication and influence: able to communicate with the corresponding level of customers, and influence decision-making.
- People management skill, has past / current experiences leading a bigger team (at least40people & above) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
