A leading elevator service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate responsible for reviewing the daily activities of the service and repair teams. Key responsibilities include managing performance, communicating with clients, and overseeing maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will handle various tasks related to cost control and service contract renewal, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations in a dynamic work environment.
Review daily activity of service team and Repair team.
Review and managing performance of supervisors and Repair team.
Communication and meet up with Client, MA, OM, orOwner.
Review call rate/ Shutdown/ Follow-up/ Mantrap cases.
Review maintenance contract price and repair quotation.
Review and follow up safety audit - SBO.
Review annual inspection and BCA audits.
Review and control of cost.
Review the service contract status - Renewal, booking and termination.
Review the repair sales activity and monthly target.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned by Managers.
