Role Overview

The Service Manager Trainee supports the management team in governing, standardizing, and enhancing professional service delivery across the region.
This role focuses on deeply understanding how services are delivered, helping define service delivery goals and plans, and proactively supporting teams to consistently deliver high-quality services in a structured and evolving manner.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in governing, standardizing, and enhancing regional professional service delivery
  • Actively learn and build a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings, delivery processes, and daily operations
  • Assist in defining service delivery goals and plans, and translate them into clear standards and workflows
  • Proactively support the execution of service delivery plans and ensure standards are applied consistently in daily operations
  • Help coordinate manpower, resources, and documentation for services and projects
  • Participate in service and project reviews to drive continuous improvement and service maturity
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT professional services, service delivery management, and continuous improvement
  • Highly motivated to learn, proactive, and able to work in a structured and disciplined manner
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to work across teams and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
