Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Allocate manpower, schedule jobs, and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor service desk efficiency and coordinate follow-ups on breakdowns.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Execute backup support for emergency breakdowns, including after-hours.
  • Verify timesheets, overtime, and leave applications for accuracy.
  • Manage permits, transport, and staff claims efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct technicians’ appraisals, salary reviews, promotions, and terminations.
  • Train new employees in company procedures and technical workflows.
  • Collaborate with the BD Service Manager to support contract delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and manpower management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
  • Hands‑on leadership style with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, permit‑to‑work, and after‑hours emergency response.
