Job summary

A leading human resources consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Service Consultant to interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a minimum of O-Levels and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Responsibilities include facilitating the selection and interview process for Migrant Domestic Workers and achieving sales targets. Willingness to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is an advantage.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently.

Job description

As a Service Consultant at Nation, you will be the face of the company for our customers who are the employers, and the Migrant Domestic Workers. Your primary role is to interact with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their requirements. By understanding the customers' requirements, you would then be able to find the most suitable match and drive our business success by converting these interactions into sales for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Find prospects and leads, and understand our service offerings;
  • Provide quality customer service to customers, and perform service recovery when required, which include counselling and mediation;
  • Understand the needs of customers and explain how we can align with their needs;
  • Facilitate the selection & interview of Migrant Domestic Workers;
  • Administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers;
  • Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the Ministry of Manpower and adhere to MOM regulations put in place for EA;
  • Travel to customers’ location to follow up on leads;
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; and
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a distinct advantage;
  • Applicants without CEI may also apply; Applicant without CEI must be comfortable with taking the course + exam
  • Minimally O-Levels;
  • At least 1 year's working experience in customer service field;
  • Team player and able to work independently;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willing to work on Weekends (off days based on duty roster).
