Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.
Responsibilities:- Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.
- Manage and renew service contracts for profitability and client retention.
- Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and competitive pricing.
- Prepare and review service quotations and proposals.
- Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement service improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Attend site surveys and pre-tender briefings to provide technical and strategic input.
- Guide and develop the service team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution.
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
- Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
- Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
