Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead tenders, proposals, and ACMV project bidding to secure new business.
  • Manage and renew service contracts for profitability and client retention.
  • Develop marketing strategies, promotions, and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and review service quotations and proposals.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints to maintain strong, repeat partnerships.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement service improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Attend site surveys and pre-tender briefings to provide technical and strategic input.
  • Guide and develop the service team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure smooth service delivery and contract execution.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance, including 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
  • Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
