Reports to General Manager, Mechanical Services.
What you\'ll do
- Oversee entire Service Centre operations and manage after-sales service activities to efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for Service Centre\'s profit and loss by tracking sales numbers to ensure profitability/cost management of the service centre is met.
- Assist to define and direct activities to meet financial targets.
- Responsible for the Service Centre Customer Service Index level.
- Enhances service centre operation to create a good customer journey and experience.
- Ensure standardized procedures and processes for Service Centre and Workshop.
- Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained meeting WHS requirements.
- Lead a team of service personnel to provide quality automotive maintenance and services to customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., Brands Principals, Internal Departments, etc.) to ensure good understanding, relationship, and teamwork to meet company expectations.
- To manage and resolve customers\' complaints.
About you
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, including leading a team.
- Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills.
- Win-win mentality; decisive, sharp and acute thinking in critical moments to create wins for customers and company.
- Comfortable to work on alternate Saturday/Sunday mornings. Time off or equivalent hours will be provided to compensate for weekend work.
