Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day billing operations across multiple healthcare settings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align and integrate billing processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements for efficiency and accuracy using data-driven approaches.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage system upgrades and new initiatives, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting systems to track performance and provide updates to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience: 10–15 years in healthcare operations, billing systems, or financial management, with leadership experience in large-scale programs.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare billing processes and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with urgency in resolving operational issues.
Must-Have Skills
  • 10–15 years in operations, service delivery, or incident management.
  • Experience managing high volumes of tickets (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with service management frameworks is a plus.
