Job description

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks mainly related to electrical and mechanical repairments.

Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning: Install, set up, and commission new CNC machine tools according to specifications.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition.

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on CNC machines.

Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support, answer customer inquiries, and act as a primary technical contact.

Documentation: Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and document all work performed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (EH&S) policies.

Requirements

Higher Nitec/Dip/Deg in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics with min 2 years experiences

Experience working with CNC Lathes and CNC Machining Centers

Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to details

Good Teamwork Abilities & willing to learn and contribute to the company
