Job summary

A leading HVAC company in Singapore is seeking a technical support specialist to conduct on-site inspections and provide guidance to service teams. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in air-conditioning systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaborating with various departments, and enhancing service capabilities. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems to Assess & Troubleshoot reported issues.
• Collaborate with Sales & Engineering Department to manage complex technical issues.
• Provide Technical expertise to support Dealers & Contractors.
• Provide Technical support to Sales Department to expand Dealers & Contractors network.
• Review & Implement corrective actions to strengthen Service teams capabilities.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments.
• Assist team leader plan and review daily work to ensure everything follows the process and appointments are completed on time.
• Verify sub-contractor’s job and prepare payment to sub-contractors

Requirements

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
• Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven

• Able to commence immediately or within short notice
