Job description

· Reporting to Regional Service Manager, you will provide support, maintenance, service to customers based in Malaysia and Singapore.

· Diagnose, repair and maintain both 4- and 6-axis robot systems and associated controllers.

· Respond to customer service issues by phone, electronic means as required.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Engineering

· Minimum 3 years automation and/or Technical Service experience

· Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as well as repair and refurbishment.

· Experience in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings and related technical documents.

· Able to engage, liaise and network with all levels

· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working with CRM would be advantageous.

· Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia

· Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:15pm) - near Bukit Merah

· Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus.
