Job summary

A leading technical service provider in Singapore is seeking a technician to support and maintain robot systems for customers in Malaysia and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of technical service experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and responding to service inquiries. This is a full-time role with travel required within the region.

Job description

Reporting to Regional Service Manager, you will provide support, maintenance, service to customers based in Malaysia and Singapore.

Diagnose, repair and maintain both 4- and 6-axis robot systems and associated controllers.

Respond to customer service issues by phone, electronic means as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years automation and/or Technical Service experience
• Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as well as repair and refurbishment.
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical drawings and related technical documents.
• Able to engage, liaise and network with all levels
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working with CRM would be advantageous.
• Willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia
• Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:15pm) - near Bukit Merah
• Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonus.
