Job summary

A security solutions company in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including CCTV and Access Control. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. You will lead a team, ensure project timelines, and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license are preferred. This role involves travel to various project sites.

Job description

The Service Engineer will be responsible for carrying out Troubleshooting, Maintaining, Installing and Commissioning of Security systems (Eg. CCTV, ACS, IDS, P.A, Auto Gate & etc.) for a Security Solutions Company.

Responsibilities
  • Install, test, commission, and maintain ELV and security systems at various client sites
  • Address fault calls promptly and provide on-site technical support
  • Coordinate with sales, project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Oversee the full service and maintenance workflow, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Lead a team of service engineers/technicians, promoting continuous improvement and accountability
  • Manage multiple service and maintenance projects concurrentlyConduct regular site inspections for safety and compliance with technical standards
  • Prepare service documentation and reports for internal and client use
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service satisfaction and trust
Qualifications
  • Degree, General Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma, or ITE Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Security Systems
  • Certificate holders in Security and Access Control System are also encouraged to apply
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams
  • Possession of a vehicle is preferred
  • Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate clear with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel to project sites when required
