Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for security and automation systems (Access Control, CCTV, Auto Door, Alarm Systems).
• Handle preventive maintenance, upgrades, and user training for clients.
• Manage service contracts and ensure all works meet safety, quality, and SLA standards.
• Work closely with customers to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
