Service Engineer (Operation & Maintenance)
  • Work Location: Various location within Mainland Singapore
  • Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.45am – 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4400 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Oversee daily service operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance, reduce call‑backs, and resolve recurring issues through preventive and corrective measures.
  • Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely follow‑ups and site inspections to uphold service quality.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Conduct cost analysis to track resource usage and align operational efficiency with business targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and value‑added services.
  • Lead and motivate service teams through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
  • Build strong communication and working relationships with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering which is recognized by relevant authority
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the lift and escalator industry
  • In-depth knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including their technology and maintenance procedures.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to multiple customer locations as part of service operations.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
