Job Description

• Support lab testing, method validation & evaluation studies (cGMP, ISO 9001)
• Provide technical & training support to customers using Microbial Solutions products
• Conduct demos, troubleshoot applications, and drive customer onboarding
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Service teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Support product launches, internal training, SOP updates & technical workshops

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Microbiology / Life Sciences / Biotechnology
• Min 3 years’ industry experience, with at least 2 in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
