Respond to daily service requests, equipment breakdowns, and provide technical support to the marketing team.

Conduct preventive maintenance on medical equipment under maintenance contracts.

Assist the Sales team in organizing and supporting workshops, events, surgical procedures, seminars, and exhibitions.

Attend to breakdown calls and perform preventive maintenance for medical equipment, including General X-ray, Portable X-ray, Laser Printers, Digital Mammography, and Digital Fluoroscopy systems.

Diagnose and resolve complex start-up issues.

Research, evaluate, and recommend system upgrades and service contracts tailored to customer needs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support future business opportunities.

Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide training on equipment features to customers.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering fields.
  • Familiarity with DICOM standards (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine – ISO 12052).
  • Understanding of standards for electronic health information exchange and integration.
  • Knowledge of RIS (Radiology Information Systems) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems).
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and managing basic server infrastructure, networking, and Windows/Windows Server operating systems.
  • Solid foundation in Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering principles.
