Job summary

A well-established company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, planning preventive maintenance, and providing technical guidance. Knowledge of BMS, PLC, and HVAC systems is a plus. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with competitive salary and allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge on BMS/PLC/HVAC will be a plus point.
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning/Assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor for maintenance.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks, system backups, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide Technical/Operational guidance for maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
