• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of systems.
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to the maintenance site.

Overview

• Basic $4000 - $5500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Training provided

Job Responsibilities

• Planning / assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & managing of sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
