Job summary

A leading service and maintenance firm in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance for generators. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.   • Respond to emergency breakdowns for repairs.
  • Maintain service records and comply with safety policies.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new systems.

  • Position : Service Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Generators) – Up to $5,000 + AWS

  • Location : Tuas South Link (Company transport provided)

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.

  • Conduct load testing, battery checks, and fuel/cooling system maintenance.

  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns for on-site repairs.

  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with WSH and safety policies.

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new generator systems.

Requirements
  • Minimum of Diploma in engineering background with at least 2 years of relevant working experience; preferably in generator servicing, maintenance, and repair.

  • Knowledge of WSH regulations and a strong safety mindset will be an advantage
