Mon to Fri: 8am-5.30pm

Location

Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided at selected MRT stations)

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance services for a wide range of Mechanical Optics & Surveying Equipment such as prismatic compass, telescope, binoculars, periscope, boresight scopes, etc.
• Be independent to ensure timely delivery of completed jobs to meet customer’s service level assurance (SLA).
• Perform other laboratory support functions as required in an efficient and organized manner.
• Participate in external/internal audits as required by the System Assurance team.
• Endeavour to complete all work within the budgeted timeline and target dates and ensure proper control and accounting of work in progress is maintained and reported.
• Be open-minded and highly adaptable in adopting new and improved processes to support the future growth of our service business.
• Be collaborative in working with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required end-to-end processes.

Requirements
