Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair company systems and machinery at client sites.
• Manage project delivery and ensure completion according to deadlines.
• Perform installation and commissioning of new equipment, systems, and software to meet client specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or replace faulty components to reduce downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues under time-sensitive situations to meet client expectations.
• Provide technical support and customer training to ensure proper operation of systems and equipment.
• Conduct site visits (local & overseas) for installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, diagrams, and technical records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and products.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of service support experience for production machinery or automated lines.
• Preferably experienced in laser marking, pad printing, or secondary process equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and PLC‑related equipment or systems.
• Relevant certifications in electrical PLC, robotics, or automation control.
