Job summary

Location – Tuas

Working Hours – 9am to 6pm /5days

Salary - $3500 - 4600

Annealing Furnace

is industrial equipment that uses controlled heat treatment to make metals softer, more ductile, and less brittle by heating them above their recrystallization temperature.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on key equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.

  • Implement condition-based monitoring using sensors (vibration, temperature, pressure, etc.).

  • Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.

  • Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications/Required
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Min 3-5 years of working experience in industrial maintenance
  • Direct experience in Furnace Equipment will be advantage
