📝 Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, upgrade, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing repairs or adjustments as required.
• Understand system parameters and interactions to support process development and advanced electronic‑mechanical troubleshooting.
• Provide direct technical support to customers, ensuring smooth machine operation at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation following service activities.
• Handle specific jigs and tools during service jobs.
• Assist senior engineers with advanced tasks such as robot teaching and sub‑unit servicing.
• Perform ad-hoc delivery and support duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in machine setup, installation, modification, servicing, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Cleanroom experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be on standby and work after hours when required.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
